TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. About these Terms

  • These Terms govern your use of our website and booking tool (Eversports) as well as your purchase and use of our services and products.

  • You: the customer, participant, or website user.
  • By booking or attending classes, you accept these Terms.
  • We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website.

B. Services

  • Group Reformer Pilates classes
  • Private sessions (1:1)
  • Duet sessions (2 people)
  • Special offers & introductory packages
  • Events and workshops (as announced)

Instructors, schedules, and class formats may change. We may cancel or substitute classes if needed.

C. Memberships (incl. booking & cancellations)

We offer the following monthly memberships:

  • 1× per week: CHF 150 / month
  • 2× per week: CHF 300 / month
  • 3× per week: CHF 450 / month

(automatic renewal unless cancelled with 1 month’s notice)

Rules

  • Bookings are made via Eversports and limited to your chosen weekly frequency (1/2/3 per week).
  • Cancellation window: up to 12 hours before class → no penalty; spot released.
  • Late cancellation/no-show: within 12 hours or absent → counts as attended.
  • Missed classes do not roll over to future weeks.
  • Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled 1 month in advance in Eversports; fees already charged are non-refundable.
  • Strict policy: memberships cannot be paused, frozen, transferred, or extended.
  • Waitlist: if auto-booked from the waitlist, the above rules apply from the moment you are added.

D. Class Packages & Prices (incl. booking & cancellations)

Options

  • Single class: CHF 45
  • 5 classes: CHF 210 – valid 2 months
  • 10 classes: CHF 400 – valid 4 months
  • 20 classes: CHF 780 – valid 6 months
  • First-Time Offer 2-for-1: CHF 45 – valid 1 month; new clients only
  • Private session: CHF 150 (per session; not online bookable)
  • Duet session: CHF 170 (per session for 2 participants; not online bookable)

Rules

  • Bookings are made via Eversports; one credit is deducted per booked class.
  • Cancellation window: up to 12 hours before class → the credit is returned.
  • Late cancellation/no-show: within 12 hours or absent → the credit is forfeited.
  • Passes arepersonal and non-transferable; unused credits expire at the end of their validity and are non-refundable.
  • Strict policy: passes cannot be paused, frozen, transferred, or extended.
  • If we cancel a class, wereturn the credit for that booking.
  • Waitlist: if auto-booked from the waitlist, the above rules apply from the moment you are added.

E. Studio Rules

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early; late arrivals may be refused for safety and treated as attended.
  • Wear comfortable clothing; grip socks are mandatory.
  • Keep mobile phones on silent.
  • Respect equipment, instructors, and fellow clients; clean equipment after use.
  • Store belongings in designated areas. The studio isnot responsible for lost or stolen items.

F. Health & Safety

  • Participation is at yourown risk. Inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, or conditions before
  • You confirm that you are medically fit to participate.
  • We may refuse access if participation would be unsafe.

G. Liability

    • To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for:
      • Injuries caused by failure to follow instructions or misuse of equipment;
      • Loss or damage to personal property;
      • Indirect or consequential losses.
    • Nothing excludes or limits liability forgross negligence or unlawful intent.

H. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in CHF and may change at any time (changes do not affect already purchased products).
  • Payments are processed via Eversports (e.g., card, TWINT, other supported methods).
  • All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges except where legally required.

I. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see website). Bookings are processed through Eversports, which acts as our data processor.

J. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Zürich, Switzerland.
