What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout performed on the Pilates reformer machine. At The Core Collective, we offer four different Labs to fit your goals:
- Foundations Lab – essential introduction for beginners
- Mobility Lab – improve posture, flexibility, and control
- Power Lab – dynamic and energizing full-body workout
- Glutes Lab – sculpt and strengthen your glutes

Do I need previous Pilates experience?
No previous experience is required. We offer different classes for all levels – from beginners to advanced movers. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, our Foundations Lab is mandatory as your starting point before joining other class formats.
How many people are in a class?
Each class has a maximum of 8 participants – ensuring a personal, boutique training experience.
Are grip socks mandatory?
Yes – for hygiene, safety, and stability, grip socks are mandatory in all classes. You can either Purchase a pair from our studio collection for CHF 15 or if you just forgot your grip socks at home you can rent a pair for CHF 5 as well.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows free movement. Please:
- Come hydrated and eat at least a small snack before class
- Arrive ready and 5–10 minutes early to prepare and settle in
- Bring a water bottle; all equipment is provided
How do I book a class?
You can view our class schedule on the Schedule page and book directly via Eversports. To join, purchase your membership or class pack on our Offering page, then reserve your spot through the schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before class without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged according to your membership or class pack.
Do you offer memberships or class packages?
Yes, we offer flexible class packs and monthly memberships. You can explore and purchase them directly on our Offering page.
Can I do Pilates if I am pregnant?
During pregnancy, participation is possible with your doctor’s approval. Please consult with your doctor beforehand. With medical clearance, we recommend joining Mobility Lab classes or booking private/duet sessions. Please inform your instructor before attending.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
We provide changing facilities and lockers for your personal belongings. We do not have showers at the studio. With medical clearance, we recommend joining Mobility Lab classes or booking private/duet sessions. Please inform your instructor before attending.
When should I arrive late for class?
For safety and flow of the class, entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after the class has started. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early.
